The information provided through the contact form is processed by Memento, acting as data controller, for the purposes of managing contact requests, responding to inquiries and following up on pre-contractual discussions.

This processing is based on Memento’s legitimate interest in responding to requests submitted through its website, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

The data is accessible only to duly authorized personnel within Memento (including the relevant sales and support teams), as well as to technical service providers involved in website hosting and messaging services.

The data is retained for a maximum period of three (3) years from the last contact, or where applicable, for five (5) years from the end of the contractual relationship.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, as well as the right to request restriction of processing and to object to the processing of your personal data.
