Privacy & Cookie Policy

The information provided through the contact form is processed by Memento, acting as data controller, for the purposes of managing contact requests, responding to inquiries and following up on pre-contractual discussions.

This processing is based on Memento's legitimate interest in responding to requests submitted through its website, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").

The data is accessible only to duly authorized personnel within Memento (including the relevant sales and support teams), as well as to technical service providers involved in website hosting and messaging services.

The data is retained for a maximum period of three (3) years from the last contact, or where applicable, for five (5) years from the end of the contractual relationship.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, as well as the right to request restriction of processing and to object to the processing of your personal data.

You may exercise these rights by contacting: dpo@memento-solution.com

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority (CNIL) (www.cnil.fr).

Cookie Policy

Last updated: 2 October 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how MementoPhoto.AI uses cookies and similar technologies on event.memento.photo, and how you can control them.

The website is published by MEMENTO SAS, with its registered office at 33 rue Lafayette, 75009 Paris, France (RCS Versailles 827 712 878). MementoPhoto.AI is a trade name operated by MEMENTO. MEMENTO is the data controller for the cookies described below.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device (computer, tablet or phone) when you visit a website. It lets the website, or a third party, recognise your browser and remember information about your visit.

In this policy, "cookies" also covers similar technologies such as pixels, tags, local storage and device identifiers.

Some cookies are set by MEMENTO (first-party cookies). Others are set by our partners when their services load on our pages (third-party cookies).

2. How we ask for your consent

When you first visit the website, a cookie banner powered by Axeptio asks for your choice. Only strictly necessary cookies are used before you answer.

  • You can accept all cookies, refuse all cookies, or choose service by service.
  • Refusing is as easy as accepting, and refusing has no impact on your access to the website.
  • Analytics, advertising, CRM and session-recording tools only load after you have given your consent for that specific service.
  • We record your choice for 6 months. After that, or if we add a new service, we ask you again.

We use Google Consent Mode v2. When you refuse Google Analytics or Google Ads, Google tags run without setting or reading any advertising or analytics cookies, and only send anonymous, cookieless signals (such as the fact that a page was viewed) so we can measure aggregate trends.

3. Cookies we use

The tables below list the services used on the website, grouped as they appear in our cookie banner. Durations are maximums; some cookies expire sooner.

Strictly necessary (no consent required)

These services are needed for the website to work, to deliver its content quickly and securely, and to remember your cookie choices.

Marketing and advertising

The meeting scheduler on our demo page is provided by HubSpot. It may set HubSpot cookies when it is displayed.

4. How to change or withdraw your consent

You can change your choices at any time, as easily as you gave them:

  • Click "Manage my cookie preferences" at the bottom of any page, or the cookie icon shown on the website.
  • Turn each service on or off, then save. Withdrawing consent does not affect the use of cookies before you withdrew it.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the website from working.

To opt out of personalised advertising from many providers at once, you can also visit Your Online Choices.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

Some of our providers (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Meta, HubSpot, Webflow, Cloudflare) may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Your rights and contact

Data collected through cookies is processed in line with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and restriction by writing to our Data Protection Officer at dpo@memento-solution.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

7. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when we add or remove a service. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change requires your consent, the cookie banner will ask you again.
